Gas Prices Fall, The Hemline Indicator
Gas prices fall in the USA and in Hungary: but, hem lines continue to creep.
Next time you fill up, don't be surprised if you leave the gas station with a few more dollars in your pocket. Gasoline prices have been falling for months, and they should continue to decline throughout the rest of 2013.
There is a Wall Street superstition that “claims that when hemlines rise, so do the markets. Likewise, when hemlines fall, the markets fall,” according to Investing Answers. Are hemlines really an indicator of gas prices and the stock market’s future? History has given us a few examples of this theory, which goes to show that this isn’t just a one-time thing. Smith Barney indicates that in 1925, short flapper skirts of the Roaring 20s gave way to a rise on the stock market, just as the longer hemlines of the early 1930s seemed to forecast a downfall leading into the Depression (think: the crash of 1929). The economic boom of the 1950s went hand in hand with the knee-length poodle skirts, while the conservative 1970s made hemlines longer again, pulling down the stock market. The stock market went up and down accordingly throughout the years. The 1980s welcomed the Material Girl inspired mini skirt up until the 1987 crash.
The Hemline Indicator, was first presented as a theory by economist George Taylor back in 1926, according to The Big Picture. Research afterwards only helped prove that this is actually a valid theory. According to Taylor, this skirt theory suggests that women’s dress hemlines rise along with the stock market so that when the economy is good, mini skirts become popular, like in the 1960s. Likewise, when the economy is doing poorly, hemlines can drop down overnight, just as the stock market crashes.
According to Investopedia, it is also referred to as the “bare knees, bull market” theory. This theory gained value in 1987 when skirt lengths changed from mini to floor-length just as the U.S. greeted the market crash. The same happened in 1929, but “many argue as to which came first, the crash or the hemline shifts.” When skirts get shorter, it is time to buy and when they get longer, it is time to sell. Investopedia explains that this shows that a positive economy leads to happiness and fun. This ‘fun’ is then reflected in the shorter hemlines, hence the reason why they’re indicative of a good market, while long skirts are a commonly reflective of rather bad news.
The national gas price average, which has held stubbornly above $3 per gallon since 2010, may finally dip below that mark before next year, according to an October forecast by energy information service GasBuddy.com. If it goes that low, it'll be a discount of about 76 cents per gallon from July, when the national average hit a summer peak of $3.75 per gallon.
That's a lot more than pocket change. Combined with a decline in driving this winter, lower gasoline prices could help American drivers save $13.1 billion in the fourth quarter, according to Bankrate's analysis of government petroleum data.
Why are prices falling? You can thank a variety of market forces that are working together to push prices lower. Here are five of the main ones, and how each will make it less expensive to drive this winter.
Did you know that there are many different recipes for gasoline? Thanks to different state and local regulations, your neighborhood pump probably dispenses a different blend of gas from pumps in other states. And there are seasonal varieties, too -- summer gasoline and winter gasoline.

Dr. Constantino Mendieta (Dr C) is the biggest advocate for butt augmentation in the world.
Unsurprisingly, his practice is in Miami and overrun with sexy nurses with surgically sculpted butts.
Butt-hungry patients fly in from all over the globe to have his steady hand in their behind, and with good reason – he literally wrote the book on butts.
It's called The Art of Gluteal Sculpting. In this article he wants to set the record straight.

All of the women pictured in this article are Hungarian, except for Serena Williams.
None of them have had surgical augmentation.
What you see is natural. It is just what God gave them.

rself to be an artist?
What Dr C does is three-dimensional sculpting. It's not just moving around fat – anyone can do that. His prices start at around $14,000, but you may find some plastic surgeons who will charge $4,000 for butt augmentation.
The price tag is the difference between going to a hack or getting a real Picasso.

The problem is that some women see the butts of other people who've already had an underground procedure.
Initially underground butt injections with stuff like silicone can look fantastic – the problem often occurs several years later.
The silicone can, for example, eat away at the flesh. It's mind boggling to me with the advent of the internet how many people think it is safe to undergo those shady procedures.

The bottom line is that there are four different butt shapes that exist, no matter what part of the world or the country you are in.
It has to do with measuring two points – the upper-outer part of the upper butt and the lower-outer part of the lower butt. When you measure those points you start to get the A, the V, the Square and the round shapes. (SEE last picture in this article to view the 4 basic shapes.)

(Serena Williams, tennis champion.)
There are four famous women that most women want to look like. Number
one would be J. Lo or Kim Kardashian, they are running head to head.
And then Serena Williams and Beyoncé. Also, ever since the royal wedding
we've been hearing a lot about Kate Middleton's sister, Pippa – she's
got the smaller cute butt.Serena Williams has a pretty massive ass. I would think not many people could achieve that level of butt, even with plastic surgery.
Mainly the African Americans ask for that one. A lot of the time the women who seek a Serena butt are already full-figured. So it is in line with their body type. Occasionally, however, I can't deliver it because of their anatomy, so they have to come back for a second procedure.

The prettiest shape is the A. The most complained about shape is the square. The least attractive is the V, followed by the round – but it is a far second. The A shape is what we are always trying to get.

The A shape is basically where a woman's waist is smaller than her hips at a ratio of 0.7. Psychologist Devendra Singh did a study where she found that men – young, old, American, Afghan, whatever – desire women who posses that magic ratio.
It's probably an instinctive thing because A-shaped women tend to be more fertile and have a healthier lifestyle.

How wide those hips are is the cultural factor.
Latinos tend to like the "Jennifer Lopez", which is a little bit fuller on the bottom with wider hips.
Asians tend to like a little bit narrower hip area because they want to look taller and more slender.
African Americans want a huge caboose that is big, full and round everywhere. Caucasians run the gamut – some like a wider hip and some like a narrower hip.

I have never met a butt that I can't make better. I only turn them down because they're not good candidates for medical or psychological reasons, or they don't have enough body fat.

People who don't have any body fat limit what I can do. I have to send them to a Bootie Camp. To build more fat on their body that I can then move into the buttocks, I send them to booty camp. I tell them they can eat whatever they want – McDonald's, Burger King… Once they've puffed up I can grab that new fat and put it in their butt. Booty camp is the best prescription they are ever going to get.

When the news came out late last year that some retardedly desperate girls in Miami allowed a transsexual Frankenstein man with grotesquely gargantuan ass and titties to inject their butts with cement and Fix-A-Flat tire sealant in hopes of ballooning their asses to J. Lo proportions, we knew this whole bootylicious thing was starting to get out of control. Surprisingly, that case is just one of many instances last year where people hired quacks to augment their asses – a 20-year-old student in Philly even died from underground silicone butt injections last February.

This seedy scene of backyard ass-plasty belies a broader trend of women going to extreme measures to improve the shape and girth of their behinds. The sane way to do this, beyond squats and eating lots of bonbons, is to go to a plastic surgeon. There are two general methods that real doctors use to augment your bum – implants and fat transfers. Implants in the butt generally follow the same concept as implants in the breast, and have been slowly rising in popularity in the US over the last few years.
However, fat transfers, also known as the Brazilian Butt Lift, are where all the action is. This procedure involves liposuctioning fat from unwanted places, prepping it and pumping it back into select areas of the butt to create a delicious flesh-apple.
It's hard to get specific statistics on fat grafting, however, because most surgery societies tally fat transfers under liposuction.

The bottom line is that there are four different butt shapes that exist, no matter what part of the world or the country you are in.

It all has to do with measuring two points – the upper-outer part of the upper butt and the lower-outer part of the lower butt. When you measure those points you start to get the A, the V, the Square and the round shapes. he prettiest shape is the A.

Even Man's-men May Turn Out To Be She-men
"Chris really wanted to be a girl and felt that she was a girl and consolidated that identity very early on in childhood," said Anne Speckhard, co-author of Beck's biography "Warrior Princess," which was published over the weekend of May 31 to June 2, 2013. Speckhard told ABC News Beck suppressed that secret for decades, however, through the trials of SEAL training and the harrowing missions that followed, growing a burly beard as she fought on the front lines of American special operations.
Brandon Webb, a former SEAL who served on a different SEAL team than Beck, said that Beck's reputation in the SEALs was a good one and said she was, by all appearances, the "consummate guy's guy."
But the book says that Chris "had considered living as the woman he felt himself to be for a very long time, but while he was serving as a SEAL he couldn't do it."
"For years Chris had turned off his sexuality like a light switch and lived as a warrior, consumed with the battle -- living basically asexual. For Chris the other SEALs were brothers and in the man's man warrior lifestyle, even if he had wanted to entertain sexual thoughts, there really was never any time to be thinking too much about sexuality," the book says.
After her retirement in 2011, however, "Now seemed the right time to go for it -- to make his body match his identity -- or at least start by dressing like a woman in his regular life."
Speckhard said Beck first announced her decision to friends online with the declaration "No more disguises" and the book describes her going out to gay bars in Florida as a woman.
Beck is currently on hormone therapy in preparation for sexual reassignment surgery and generally wears long hair, make-up and women's clothes, Speckhard said.
In the book's Preface, Beck said she wrote the book "to reach out to all of the younger generation and encourage you to live your life fully and to treat each other with compassion, be good to each other, especially in your own backyard (whether it be high school or your community)."
A former member of the elite U.S. Navy SEALs has come out to say she's now a woman.
Kristin Beck, formerly Chris, served 20 years as a SEAL and fought on
some of the most dangerous battlefields in the world, but after she
left the service she realized she wasn't living the life she wanted."Chris really wanted to be a girl and felt that she was a girl and consolidated that identity very early on in childhood," said Anne Speckhard, co-author of Beck's biography "Warrior Princess," which was published over the weekend of May 31 to June 2, 2013.
